Acceptable Use Policy

Together Family is a private space for families. This policy keeps it safe and lawful for everyone. By using Together Family, you agree not to misuse it.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Together Family to upload, share, or do any of the following:
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. We report such material to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
- Sharing another person's private or personal information without consent.
- Malware, viruses, or attempts to compromise the security of the service or other users.
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated access without our permission.
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
- Using the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
2. Respect your family members
Only add content and tag people in ways your family is comfortable with. Family owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and for moderating content within their family group.
3. Reporting violations
If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to us at support@togetherfami.com.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this policy or our Terms of Service. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
