Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Together Family. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Together Family.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children may participate only through a child account created and supervised by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio, text, and other content you add (“Your Content”). You grant Together Family a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the service and make it available to the members of your family group. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content others have already saved and limited backup copies.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it, including any necessary permission from people who appear in it.
3. Family owners and admins
Family owners and admins can invite and remove members, moderate content, manage family settings, and create child accounts. If you create or manage a family, you agree to do so responsibly and in line with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of Together Family must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, do not upload illegal or infringing content, harass others, or misuse the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Together Family may offer free and paid plans. Where paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented to you at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Plan features and limits (such as storage) are described in the app and may change with reasonable notice.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Together Familyavailable and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We encourage you to keep your own copies of important memories.
7. Termination
You may stop using Together Family and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together Family disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together Family and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Together Family harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
